Henry Louis Gates Jr. shows support on twitter

While most people might not make a big deal out of "retweets" and "follows" on twitter, this particular gesture of support was a real honor for me. Henry Louis Gates Jr. has worked tirelessly to promote African ancestry in the caribbean, north and south america in his PBS special finding your roots. A popular show which continues to inspire me. I reached out to him to thank him for his support and I'm honored to have him as a supporter of my Heroes of Color series!
